  • The requirements that will be provided to you by customer service for easy installation must be met, which are the agent's requests for installation.
  • The agent provides maintenance and spare parts at your location in the covered cities according to the agent's policy.
  • Please contact customer service to find out which cities are covered.
  • For cities not covered by maintenance, a shipping policy will be sent to the customer to send the device for maintenance or to pay the technicians' transportation fees to the customer's location.
  • The customer shall bear any maintenance and spare parts expenses if the defect is due to the customer’s misuse and not a manufacturing defect.
  • All devices are under the agent's warranty, but for your convenience, we offer a service to contact the agent for maintenance.
