Exchange and return policy

We thank you for choosing Dor Al Bunn to purchase your equipment, and we are happy to serve you. We will do our best to make the return or exchange process as simple as possible.


Terms and Conditions for Return and Exchange:


  • -The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • - It must be returned in the same box it was received in.
  • -Send purchase invoice
  • The electronic payment fee will be deducted according to the payment method in addition to the shipping amount.
  • Any electrical or electronic product is under the agent's warranty.
  • Food products are not subject to return or exchange.


If the amount is paid:


  1. -By credit card: We will refund the amount within five business days after receiving and inspecting the product to the same bank account of the credit card through which the purchase was made.
  2. - Cash on Delivery: Customer service staff will make a bank transfer to the ordering person's account after receiving and inspecting the product. This will take 6 business days.
  3. -By bank transfer: Customer service staff will make a bank transfer to the account of the person who placed the order after receiving and inspecting the product. This will take up to 4 business days.


Replacement Policy:

1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to replace the product provided to him by the store within three days following the date of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to replace the product after seven days have passed, provided that it is in the original carton.

2- To replace the product, it is required that the product be in good condition and that the consumer has not used the product, installed it, or obtained its benefit. The store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety after the agent’s approval. The consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to replace the product. In the case of an international replacement, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company.

The consumer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases:

1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications specified by him, with the exception of products that are defective or that do not meet the specifications specified by the consumer.

2- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer’s poor possession.


Return Policy:

1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product provided to him from the store within one day from the date of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to do so after one day has passed since it was in the original carton.

2- To return the product, it must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product, installed it, or benefited from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.

3- The consumer bears the costs incurred in the return process. In the case of an international return, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.

The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:

1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications specified by him, with the exception of products that are defective or that do not meet the specifications specified by the consumer.

2- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer’s poor possession.

3- If the product has been installed or used by the consumer and is in good condition.
